SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Customer policy:
Products will be ready for shipping between 10 -15 working days. Delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days. Some items take less time to manufacture so you may receive the items earlier than expected.
Return policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please take note of the following.
According to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) the following will apply to any transaction.
Consumers has a general right to return (a “cooling off period”) product for 7days after delivery for any reason without penalty; but the consumer must pay the cost for returning the goods.
Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date in the same condition as new will be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. Refunds will be done via voucher of Crafters Fair.
In terms of s20(read with s19) of the CPA, if a consumer has not had the opportunity to examine or inspect the actual goods received before purchase, are entitled to inspect the goods on delivery. If on this initial inspection they found that the goods did not meet the “type” of “quality” they could reasonably expect from the agreement, the consumer can refuse delivery and receive a full refund and cancel without penalty.
A change of heart is not a legal reason to return an item.
All sale items are final purchases.
